CMIS Group renames financial services company Aetos to Ingage 22 May 2022 The Amsterdam activities of CMIS Group, formerly known as Aetos, will now continue as Ingage. Under the leadership of the new management team, hard work has been done over the past three quarters of a year to increase the synergy between the business units CMIS Franchise, Investment Solutions and Adaxio.
Fitch Ratings upgrades CMIS Group's rating to RPS2+ 14 April 2022 Fitch Ratings has upgraded the Primary Servicing rating of mortgage servicer Ingage Servicer from RPS2 to RPS2+. The Special Servicing and Master Servicing ratings were affirmed at RSS2+ and MS2+, respectively.
