CMIS Group renames financial services company Aetos to Ingage

The Amsterdam activities of CMIS Group, formerly known as Aetos, will now continue as Ingage. Under the leadership of the new management team, hard work has been done over the past three quarters of a year to increase the synergy between the business units CMIS Franchise, Investment Solutions and Adaxio. In order to reinforce this synergy, to radiate more unity and to be able to profile the company unambiguously to the market, a new branding has been chosen under the name Ingage. This rebranding fits in with the ambition to grow in the coming years in product portfolio and in market share in the Netherlands.
Three business activities Ingage
Ingage stands for: Invest, Mortgage and Engaged. Ingage’s three business activities are: Ingage Franchise (formerly CMIS Franchise), Ingage Investment Solutions (formerly Investment Solutions) and Ingage Servicing (formerly Adaxio). The advisory chains De Hypotheekshop, Huis & Hypotheek and Hypokeur are part of Ingage Franchise and will continue to serve the Dutch market under their own name. Merius Hypotheken and Impact Hypotheken are mortgage labels of Ingage Investment Solutions. In the new situation, mortgage servicer Adaxio operates under the flag of Ingage Servicing.
Growth ambition
Mark de Rijke, Managing Director of Ingage: “Over the past few years, we have acquired a very strong position in the Dutch mortgage market with CMIS Group, and in particular with Aetos as a business unit. But we have also changed steadily. We have added new brands, gained a much stronger focus on ESG and formulated new ambitions. That is where a fresh look comes in.”
“The new name and full rebranding gives us the opportunity to serve the market even more clearly and better and to develop new propositions. We believe that everything starts with a solid financial foundation. As Ingage, we are better able to grow people and capital.”, says De Rijke
